All estimates provided through our website are preliminary and subject to change upon physical inspection. Final pricing is confirmed in a written contract before any work begins. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if conditions differ from initial estimates.
Warranties
Warranty terms vary by service and materials used. Specific warranty details are provided in your service contract. Our standard 15-year workmanship warranty is subject to terms outlined in your warranty certificate.
Limitation of Liability
Bains Roofing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services beyond the scope of our contractual obligations.
